AgriSync

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AgriSync while you use the platform during early access — short, fair, and in plain English.

Last updated 6 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AgriSync Ltd (“AgriSync”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or the AgriSync platform during early access, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the AgriSync website and the AgriSync early-access service. If you sign up on behalf of a farm business or partnership, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

2. The service

AgriSync is a farm-management platform for UK farms, currently in early access. It helps you track SFI compliance, map fields, keep crop and field records, generate audit packages, and stay on top of scheme deadlines. It works on phone, tablet, and computer, including offline in the field.

Early access means we are still building. Features may change, improve, or occasionally be withdrawn as we develop the platform with feedback from the farms using it.

3. Early access and pricing

Free during early access. No card, no time limit. We do not take payment details from early-access members, so you cannot be charged.

When paid plans are introduced, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email. You will never be moved onto a paid plan without your agreement, and you can export your data and leave at any time.

4. Acceptable use

In return for free access, we ask that you:

  • use the service lawfully and only for managing your own farm or farms you are authorised to manage;
  • keep your login details secure and give us accurate information;
  • do not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service;
  • do not upload anything unlawful or malicious, or interfere with the service or other users.

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these rules. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you the chance to export your data.

5. Your farm data

Your farm’s data belongs to your farm — always. Field maps, crop records, photos, compliance evidence, and everything else you put into AgriSync remains yours. We process it only to provide the service to you, and we never sell it.

You can export your data at any time, and if you close your account we delete it in line with the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. All data is stored in UK data centres.

6. Intellectual property

The AgriSync platform — its software, design, branding, and content we create — belongs to AgriSync Ltd. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your farm while these terms apply. That licence does not transfer any ownership of the platform to you, just as nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your farm data to us.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we can use them to improve AgriSync without owing you anything — though we do try to say thank you.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep AgriSync reliable through every season, but during early access the service is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will schedule planned work outside peak farming hours where we can. The offline mode is designed so short outages do not stop you recording in the field.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of business, and while the service is free our total liability to you is limited to £100.

AgriSync helps you prepare and organise compliance records, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to DEFRA, the RPA, or any other body. AgriSync is not a substitute for professional agronomic or legal advice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AgriSync develops. If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and give early-access members reasonable notice by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can export your data and close your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you farm in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep any rights you have to bring proceedings in your local courts.
